How can I improve my diet?
Im a player of my track team that seeks to heal and lose weight (reflect) also studying full-time I would eat a breakfast of fruit and yogurt for lunch, since I'm in school I had a Special K Protein Shake to kill my hunger after gym class, it is fair out of my practice I could eat a granola bar now, recently, I was the answer until dinner yesterday I ate a chicken sandwich without cheese and my mother's house of cooking rice and beans with beef for 2 days I had eaten dinner a panini with chicken, ham and small sanwhich meters 6inch cakes Ive been having Spirit 1 dinner calories on day 1 were 1800 and today was 1900, also on day 1 were 48 grams of protein, whereas today it was 90 grams Protien also 1 day was 60 grams of sugar, but today was about 87 grams of sugar which is long, but please fix my system!
You have to eat heavier. Breakfast and lunch are too light for their dinners are much heavier. Try to cut 1,700 calories per day to obtain a large amount of protein at breakfast in the egg white, plus fruit and yogurt. For lunch, they should eat more, and then throw a little fruit. Their food is very heavy, so eating only half of what you ate. For example, only panini or just the food your mother cooked.
